Andy Murray has recently announced his return to Tennis by posting a video on one of the social media platforms. The video featured the two-time Wimbledon Champion in full practice.“It’s a start”, the caption of the video said. Although it is great news for all his fans, his decision might be provisional.
In January, the British tennis player was subjected to a hip surgery. According to the 31-year old, undergoing the surgery was necessary for him to regain agility. However, the medical operation could also risk Murray’s ability to return to the professional tennis game.
Andy Murray, who has won 3 Grand Slams, shared that he is free of pain now. However, chances are bleak for him to play at Wimbledon. He has considered the chances to be even “less than 50%”.
Furthermore, Murray is under no pressure to make an immediate come back to his profession. The tennis stalwart boasts of an already impressive career that is distinguished by his two major gold medal wins at Olympics. By and large, he has won more than forty singles titles in his career.
